Pastor Brian Bullard

Senior Pastor

 
Pastor Brian Bullard is a native of Chicago, Illinois and is a fiery preacher and teacher of the Word of God. He believes that his first and most important ministry is to his family and that The Lord’s church should be a family of spiritually healthy believers that are transformed and led by the Word of God.

First Lady Kelli Bullard

Executive Director

The First Lady Executive Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the First Lady’s ministry, coordinating programs, managing teams and events, and ensuring all initiatives align with the church’s vision, mission, and values.

Petrece Bright

Executive Assistant

The First Lady Executive Assistant provides confidential administrative and organizational support to the First Lady, assisting with scheduling, correspondence, event coordination, and ministry operations while upholding excellence, discretion, and the church’s mission.

Elder Rev. LaVaughn Hill

The Minister of Finance oversees the church’s financial stewardship, ensuring funds are managed responsibly, accurately, and in alignment with the church’s mission and biblical principles.  

Rev. Marion Miller

Assimilation/Engagement Manager

The Assimilation / Engagement Manager leads efforts to welcome, connect, and retain members by guiding new visitors through the assimilation process and fostering meaningful engagement in church life, ministries, and discipleship opportunities.

Dr. Lisa Reynolds

Director of Pastoral Care

Dr. Reynolds provides spiritual support, prayer, and compassionate guidance to members through life’s seasons, including hospital visits, counseling support, encouragement, and crisis care, while reflecting Christ’s love and the heart of the church.

Rev. Jermaine Oats

Minister of Programs

The Church Minister of Programs oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of church programs and events, ensuring all ministries operate effectively and align with the church’s vision, mission, and spiritual goals.
 

Stephanie Henderson

Youth Director

The Church Youth Director leads and oversees youth ministry programs, providing spiritual guidance, mentorship, and age-appropriate activities that foster faith development, leadership, and engagement among children and teens in alignment with the church’s mission.

Mary Hill

Worship Leader

The Church Worship Leader plans and leads meaningful worship experiences through music and creative expression, guiding the congregation into Spirit-led praise while supporting the church’s vision, values, and spiritual atmosphere.

Finance/Analytics Administrator                           

Brenda Scales is responsible for managing the business affairs of the church
in a smooth and efficient manner so as to help enable the church to achieve its missional objectives.

Finance Clerk

Records and processes church financial transactions, maintains accurate records, and supports financial reporting with integrity and confidentiality.

First Lady Kelli Bullard

Women’s Ministry

We are a community of women with a heart to serve. Our Ministry’s goal is to uplift, encourage, mentor and educate women to live out their purpose. We have opportunities for women to serve on our Sunshine, Rehab, Ruth and Deborah teams. We welcome all women to be part of this living arm of CFBC.
Show yourself in all aspects to be a model of good works, and in your teaching show integrity, dignity, and sound speech that can’t be condemned, so that an opponent may be put to shame, having nothing evil to say about us. Titus 2:7-8

The mission of the Community Fellowship Food Pantry is to eliminate hunger and hardship in our community, through the distribution of food and personal care items. The pantry is maintained and operated by an all-volunteer staff. Our mission is based on a compassionate hand up, not a hand out as we respect the dignity of each individual we serve.

2 Rings & A Covenant
We will seek to strengthen the marriage covenant of the couples, by providing tools for conflict resolution with promoting a biblical view of love and unity focusing on purpose, respect and order in marriage.

To glorify God by making sure that we provide professional sound and live streaming production that will help those who are at the parish and at the same time engage our remote viewers into a deeper experience in individual and family prayer.

(Security Ministry/Outreach Ministry)
The purpose of the Security Ministry is to provide and promote a safe and peaceful environment for all who attend CFBC.
Scripture: Ephesians: 6-10,11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the ruler of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
